EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Greg Miller has over 20 years of financial leadership experience across a variety of sectors, including behavioral healthcare, long-term acute care, senior housing, physician services, inpatient rehabilitation and institutional pharmacy. Greg served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Trilogy Health Services from 2014 to 2017, a senior housing company with 100+ campuses across the Midwest, and was part of Trilogy’s $1.2 billion sale. From 2004 to 2014, Greg was Chief Development Officer at Kindred Healthcare, a public post-acute care company with over $6 billion in revenue and comprised of long-term acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health care and rehabilitation services divisions. Greg oversaw all of the mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for Kindred and participated in the strategic planning for the Company. Prior to Kindred Healthcare, he served as Senior Vice President in the Health Care Group of Houlihan Lokey, a leading middle market investment bank.
Greg earned a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
