Compliance
Springstone is fully committed to compliance and ethical behavior. We have adopted a Code of Conduct to set forth the ethical principles that guide our patient care, workplace behavior, and business conduct. The Code of Conduct is designed to help us make the right choices when confronted with difficult decisions, and every employee plays a vital role in maintaining these values.
We have also adopted a formal Compliance Plan to ensure that we have processes in place to support our commitment to ethical behavior. The Compliance Plan is reinforced by many financial and clinical policies and procedures. Our Corporate Compliance Officer is supported by a Corporate Compliance Committee and Compliance Officers at each of our facilities. Together they oversee compliance policy development, education and training, audits and investigations, and risk assessments.
If any part of the Code of Conduct or the Compliance Plan is unclear to you, or if you have questions about a situation, please seek assistance from your supervisor or the Springstone Compliance Hotline at (888) 470-3470. Hotline calls are anonymous, and we encourage your inquiries and questions.
If we adhere to the principles of the Code of Conduct and the Compliance Plan, we will achieve our ethical and operational goals. Your participation is integral to our success.
